- excellent customer service is essential, a friendly and confident telephone manner and an appreciation for customer satisfaction will be required
- experience within a similar role would be an advantage although full training will be given
- due to growth, the opportunity has arisen for a sales administrator to join our team. Warwick Development are leading manufacturers of UPVC and Aluminium windows and doors based in Sheffield
- the ideal candidate should be organised, reliable and be able to work as part of a team or on their own initiative
- this ‘hands-on’ role will include a wide range of duties including, computing/ processing quotes and orders, dealing with customers from our trade counter, via email and over the phone as well making cold calls during quieter times
- the working hours are 08.30 - 17.00 Monday to Friday with half an hour for lunch. Salary is negotiable depending on experience
