knowledge of the motor trade would be an advantage but not necessary
Requirements
must have neat and clear handwriting
must be willing to learn and work within a team
some heavy lifting is involved

sales Administrator required to work in busy Gearbox Remanufacturers Sales Office
you will be responsible for the accurate and timely entering of sales data
you will be responsible for the accurate and timely entering of sales date
providing administrative support to the business Sales Team
undertaking clerical tasks such as making phone calls to gain new customers, ring existing customers, taking orders, making out invoices
must have a knowledge of computers and have neat handwriting and pleasant phone manner

manage daily parts co-ordination of both internal and stock delivered
update parts ordering system
ensure all relevant documentation for your department is correctly filled out and delivered to the designated departments and customers on time
carry out monthly stock checks, which reconcile back to usage and suppliers' invoices
make sure all parts delivered to the site are checked off against the parts list for accuracy or order, correct parts, quantity, damage and overall quality
