- filter callers dealing with more complex queries and refer them to other staff / pass on messages
- assist with pupil first aid/welfare duties, liaising with parents/families regarding sick pupils, ensuring pupils receive prescribed medication if needed
- monitor attendance, following the DFE guidance and attend meetings alongside the FSW / SLT
- provide general clerical / administrative support

Requirements
- previous experience in project coordination or office administration is preferred
