Responsibility
- ensure invoices are paid in a timely manner and in line with credit terms
- supply all customers with weekly / monthly statements and ensure these are accurate and up to date
- maintain a good working relationship with customers in order to maximise cash collection
- process payments received from customers daily
- ensure sales invoices are uploaded to sage daily and reconciled to ensure accurate data is recorded
- daily balancing of the AR ledger
- maintain accounting records for all collections calls/emails related to customer accounts receivable
- assist with month-end close process for all customer accounts receivable transactions
