Responsibility

  • working closely with creative directors and designers at presentation and initial concept meetings
  • prepare and manage purchase spreadsheets and assist the bookkeeper with invoicing updates
  • research and meet with new suppliers
  • coordinate delivery and installation of all FF&E and oversee the handover alongside our purchaser
  • prepare and manage comprehensive schedules
  • maintain and develop existing relationships with suppliers and manufacturers and foster new relationships with the above
