  • answering all types of calls, emails ranging from general inquires to product queries
  • permanent Position
  • use of internet and websites as well as using a bespoke eCommerce admin system
  • help and support the Customer service/Sales team
  • as a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for all queries via email and phone calls
  • be knowledgeable about all the online products and services we offer to enable you to offer help and advice customers
  • dealing with a high volume of emails and phone calls
  • managing and resolving escalated customer complaints calmly
