Responsibility

  • the following is intended to provide guidance as to duties, but it is not exhaustive
  • assist in the day to day running of the shop
  • to aid where required ordering selected products with suppliers
  • to assist with covering lunch breaks in other departments of the shop as required
  • to ensure that you provide the highest standards of customer service to all our customers
  • to reconcile and record transactions, wastage, stock, traceability information and cash daily
  • to serve on our till/ system/food scale system and handle cash/card transactions where required
  • to answer all queries received in person and by telephone and email relating to the customer experience at Walsingham Farms Shop
