Requirements
- provenworkexperienceasaserviceEngineer,Technician,orsimilar role
- hands-on experience with Tridium and Trend
- goodunderstandingofcomputersystems,mobiledevices,andothertech products
- abilitytodiagnoseandtroubleshootbasictechnical issues
- familiaritywith remotedesktop applications
- excellentproblem-solvingandcommunication skills
- abilitytoprovide step-by-steptechnicalhelp, bothwrittenand verbal
- system Commissioning
