- communicate with product owners and developers to ensure any defects found are cataloged and dealt with, in accordance with best practices
- translate software requirements / stories into accurate and complete test scenarios, including identifying the detailed test data, with a commitment to deliver high quality releases
- set up new environments for development, QA for other geographic regions
- perform maintenance, support & enhancements to the existing code base
- create automated and manual tests for both UI and API as well as executing regression tests and providing detailed analysis of the results
- monitor application in production to identify emerging problems
- write documentation to streamline the deployment process so customers can do this themselves
- assisting with or perform deployments to customer cloud environments
- provide third-line support for customers who are deploying the application on-premises
