Requirements
bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Quantitative Finance, or related field. Advanced degree or certifications in finance or technology is a plus
solid understanding of structured products, market data, and financial instruments
strong technical aptitude with experience working closely with developers on technical implementation
familiarity with Jira for task management, project tracking, and reporting
familiarity with financial market data vendors
experience with financial modeling or quantitative analysis
excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
have developed / scripted in different languages
Responsibility
assist in the investigation and research of complex financial concepts, ensuring thorough understanding and clarity for the development team
participate in industry forums and working groups, capturing insights and translating outcomes into concrete, executable tasks
anticipate client and market needs by staying informed on industry trends, and proactively identify potential future requirements
assist in the testing and validation of delivered features, ensuring they meet business requirements and are aligned with industry best practices
collaborate with the Product Owner to manage and prioritize Jira boards, ensuring that all tasks and tickets are clearly defined and actionable
provide analytical support and present insights to stakeholders for decision-making
draft detailed user stories, tickets, and technical specifications for developers, focusing on the implementation of structured products, market data integration, and financial technology solutions
act as a liaison between business stakeholders, product management, and the development team to ensure that requirements are understood, clarified, and aligned with business objectives
