Responsibility
- collaborate with Product Owners to shape and prioritize the roadmap; translate high-level product vision into executable plans
- elicit, document, and refine business requirements using user stories, workflows, and data mapping techniques
- maintain a healthy and prioritized backlog; refine user stories in alignment with sprint goals and team capacity
- assist in the investigation and research of complex financial concepts, ensuring thorough understanding and clarity for the development team
- serve as a bridge between business, operations, and technical teams; manage stakeholder communications and expectations
- participate in industry forums and working groups, capturing insights and translating outcomes into concrete, executable tasks
- work alongside developers and QA during sprint activities; attend stand-ups, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews
- analyze data pipelines, outputs, and user behavior to inform product decisions and measure success
Requirements
- bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Quantitative Finance, or related field. Advanced degree or certifications in finance or technology is a plus
- solid understanding of structured products, market data, and financial instruments
- strong technical aptitude with experience working closely with developers on technical implementation
- strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence
- familiarity with Jira for task management, project tracking, and reporting
- familiarity with financial market data vendors
- experience with financial modeling or quantitative analysis
- exceptional analytical and documentation skills; experience with process modeling and data mapping
