  • we are looking for a part time field care supervisor who has experience in the role
  • we are looking for part time Field Care Supervisor who has experience of the role
  • working closely as a member of the branch team to assess, monitor and review the day to day operations
  • supporting the induction and development of new Home Care Assistants through mentoring, shadow shifts and assessing their competencies
  • our Field Care Supervisors are often the first face potential service users see and the first point of contact for our Home Care Assistants
  • undertaking spot checks on Care Assistants and supporting the improvement of service delivery by mentoring and continuous improvement
