- this newly created position will be primarily responsible for partnering with the business leadership team to resource and develop their teams
- equally important is the need to align and embed people strategy across our UK sites to enable the business growth plan
- effective employee communications & engagement
- full 'employee lifecycle' management
- line manager support, coaching and ER case management
