Responsibility
- you will be self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team
- you will be based at our offices in Birmingham and be willing to travel nationwide as a part of your role
- wakemans currently have an outstanding opportunity for a graduate Construction Project Manager to work on a range of Hotel / Leisure projects nationwide
- ideally you will bring with you some experience in delivering construction Project Management services on refurbishment and refit projects working from inception to completion and be comfortable in a Client facing role
- we are not a big corporate but a small independent practice punching above our weight in the Construction Consultancy market
- the successful Project Manager will visit sites across the UK, schedule Client meetings to discuss project updates, tender contracts, and engage in Contract Administration duties
- you will have an RICS accredited degree and be a member of or be working towards professional accreditation with the RICS, APM or CIOB
