Requirements
- previous experience in the housebuilding industry is preferred
- knowledge of COINS, Spotler and web CMS systems and or/experience of this would be an advantage
- excellent organisational and administration skills
- ability to self-motivate and work on own initiative, as well as part of a team
- work effectively to deadlines and competently work on multiple tasks simultaneously
- reliable with a proactive, personable, hands on and positive approach
- to be able to build and develop good relationships with colleagues and suppliers/agencies
- good interpersonal skills with a team-spirited approach
Responsibility
- assist in the collation of a monthly Marketing report to the board of Directors
- reporting to the Head of Marketing and CEO, you will take ownership of key projects as well as being an effective mentor to Regional team members to champion the Wain Homes brand, follow brand guidelines, deliver multi-channel marketing communications and help drive enquiries to the region’s developments in line with budgets and marketing plans
- visit regional offices/developments to ensure all branding, signage and sales offices are in keeping with the Wain Homes brand guidelines
- review all regional templates/activity, identifying improvements where required
- attend Hub and all Regional monthly Marketing meetings, issuing minutes and actioning outcomes
- attend monthly meetings with internal senior stakeholders to provide an update on key projects
