- based in Lichfield, Wades are looking to recruit a self employed groundworker / external works tradesman, with a good knowledge/experience in external construction repairs sector
- to comply with our Health and Safety Procedures and legislation
- we are looking for highly skilled, customer focused operatives who will be involved in carrying out Void Work, Repair Work & Maintenance in occupied properties
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years proven experience in external property maintenance
- good understanding of external works listed above, including strong knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
- good physical condition and strength
- high ethical standards, willingness to learn and innovate, and exhibit mature judgement
- proven track record of producing high quality work with highest level of customer satisfaction
- you must be an experienced multi-trader
- groundworks / external construction: 5 years
