Responsibility
- supporting the Operations team with maintaining the ERP system, inputting production runs, warehouse transfers and goods receipts
- maintaining eCommerce systems, organising customer orders for dispatch from both sites
- processing haulage claims and dealing with customer delivery enquiries
- assisting with route planning for Vuba’s haulage
- arranging direct orders and obtaining quotes for deliveries
- assisting with documentation reviews, including H&S, product datasheets, COSHH, SOP's and SSOW
- you are responsible for assisting the operations teams in all aspects of company growth, operation efficiencies and logistics. Enforcing compliance with health and safety of staff and environmental standards
- following Technical Action Plan and organise visits as required
Requirements
- good time management skills, as they may have multiple tasks and issues happening concurrently
- strong communication skills to effectively communicate with managers and colleagues
- excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills to identify issues and effectively deal with them
- excellent attention to detail
- ability to work in a high-pressure environment
