Working hours

  • full-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • respond to questions and requests for information – internally and/or externally
  • support all administrative tasks on contract, from initial call out to completion
  • prepare quoted works and follow on visits
  • efficiently manage, monitor, and schedule VTV mobile engineers
  • ensure engineer devices are operational and communicating effectively
  • escalate any issues in a timely manner and to the appropriate line management
  • taking information from service request calls from customers, engineers, Job Logic PPM, and statutory requirements to assign the appropriate engineer resource via the Thermatic system
  • contribute to monthly business review meetings by furnishing and discussing critical account information pertinent to current operational performance data
