Responsibility
- supervise and coordinate the activities of workers in a construction site
- ensure that all safety regulations are followed
- inspect the work of subordinates to ensure that it is up to the required standards
- ✅ Day-to-day site management activities, ensuring schedules are met, and site quality is maintained in accordance with drawings
- schedule and assign tasks to workers
- ✅ Adhering to health and safety procedures and conducting Toolbox talks to ensure site safety
- train new workers in safety procedures and job duties
- ✅ Managing project budgets, procurement of materials, and coordinating with subcontractors
Requirements
- ✅ Presentable, confident, and comfortable with client interactions
- ✅ Possess a full driving license and own vehicle
- ✅ Advanced computer literacy skills
- ✅ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- ✅ Demonstrable track record of delivering successful projects
- ✅ Minimum of 2 years' experience in a foreman/assistant foreman position
- ✅ At least 4 years of trade experience
