Responsibility
- V Developments Limited is a high-quality developer and construction/refurbishment specialist
- we have 25 years' experience of completing high quality projects for both ourselves and our clients
- we now require a carpenter team leader to join our growing team
Show more +12 - must have own tools and good overall knowledge of refurbishment and new build construction
- experience in both 1st and 2nd fix carpentry/ general construction and have a desire to progress the team and their skillset
- you will be working alongside all trades and working to works programmes
- the successful candidate must have a full driving licence and vehicle is negotiable
- applicants must be reliable, motivated, and enthusiastic
- the ideal candidate will have 10 years minimum experience Carpenter/ working foreman with the ability to oversee medium size projects, assist with training a small team of carpenter improvers and be able to deal with queries from other trades and communicate excellently
- we are looking to expand our team in 2023 and have lots of exciting projects in the pipeline
- this role has potential to develop into a project management on all sites
- this opportunity is well suited if you are looking for a for a varied role with plenty of scope to train and improve your skills and knowledge
- must have own tools
- the ability to work alone and as part of a team
- 8-hour day
