Responsibility
- responsible for supporting the pricing of tender opportunities including the surveying of scope of works
- liaising with suppliers and sub-contractors
- support the preparation, review and monitoring of quotations and variation claims to client
- negotiation of final account with client
- liaising with client representatives and commercial managers to ensure claims are fully processed for payment
- preparation of project budgets and costings through accounts software
- preparation of weekly and monthly costings and budget reports for Directors
- sourcing and maintenance of pricing from suppliers and sub-contractors
Requirements
- civil Engineering Interest
- CSCS UK H&S Test for Managers & Professionals
- GCSE Level
- CSCS Site Card
- full Clean EU Driving Licence with exclusive access to own vehicle
- half Day / 3 Year Manual Handling Certification
- current passport
- high quality attendance and punctuality
