project manager
Requirements
- experience working on large scale projects and facilitating large change initiatives, including experience in project tracking and issue management
- previous experience in HR projects, preferably organisational change
- experience in working with Regulatory Change or consent order
- solid change management experience
- ability to proactively identify opportunities and risks and put forward proposals for improvement
- evidence of an entrepreneurial approach
- ability to work with ambiguity / changing requirements
- experience in working in Financial Services would be preferable
Responsibility
- primary project lead on conduct issues and Accountability Framework impact reviews liaising with regional and global HR partners, Control and Compliance
- program manage change efforts and deploy change and program management that drives business strategy and initiatives
- actively manage and track the HR solutions in support of the transformation
- attend meetings independently, representing the interests of HR
- manage ad hoc projects and create presentation materials as needed
- collaborate with the Senior HR team to understand current processes and potential areas for improvement to streamline processes and leverage best practices across the organization
