Responsibility
- \* Coordinate with the company’s Administrative Department to ensure all Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and VAT documentation is processed fluidly
- \* Communicate with customers and agents by telephone, and/or email in order to provide information about products and services, acquire product application information and take in orders
- \* Maintain detailed records via the company’s Customer Relationship Management database on all customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
- \* Communicate and coordinate with the Sales Team to enter quotations, enter sales orders, technical drawing requests, expedites, and other internal processes and administration as needed
