Responsibility

  • assisting the General Manager in day-to-day operations, including overseeing staff, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service
  • coordinating and supervising the team to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, as well as adherence to health and safety regulations
  • providing exceptional customer service and resolving any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
  • managing cash handling, including cash registers and financial reporting
  • assisting with staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
  • assisting in monitoring and achieving sales targets and KPIs
  • collaborating with the General Manager to implement marketing strategies and promotions to increase sales and customer retention

Requirements

  • minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry
  • excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • knowledge of health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards
  • passion for excellent customer service and attention to detail
  • ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
