Responsibility
- assisting the General Manager in day-to-day operations, including overseeing staff, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service
- coordinating and supervising the team to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, as well as adherence to health and safety regulations
- providing exceptional customer service and resolving any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- managing cash handling, including cash registers and financial reporting
- assisting with staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- assisting in monitoring and achieving sales targets and KPIs
- collaborating with the General Manager to implement marketing strategies and promotions to increase sales and customer retention
Requirements
- minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry
- excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team
- ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- knowledge of health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards
- passion for excellent customer service and attention to detail
- ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
