- identify, diagnose, and resolve customer technical issues

- liaise with 3rd Line Support and other teams as required
- reproduce and document any issues that cannot be resolved by Level 1 or 2, ready for Level 3 support
- assist internal stakeholders with operational support
- manage support backlog Competencies
