Responsibility
- leadership and Management of the team
- direct Line Management to Communications, Membership and Admin Leads
- deputising for the Director as appropriate
- organisational performance, policy and development
- developing and monitoring budgets
- support strategic development, operational plan and priorities
- representation and advocacy - promoting and profiling the voice of the sector, undertaking a representative role in a variety of multi-agency meetings, workshops and conferences
- liaison with colleagues across the health and care partnership in sector forums, city-wide meetings and strategic planning. Particularly with operational, communications and administrative forums
Contract type
- regular reporting to the board and commissioners
- contract management and sub contracting oversight
- development of annual plans
- quality Control and monitoring effectiveness to achieve desired outcomes
- support development of the business plan related to the Forum Central and other volition contracts as required
- leading on Communications, membership and administrative functions within the organisation
- policy & Practice Development - both internally and externally influencing service redesign and commissioning across the integrated care partnership
