  • full-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • leadership and Management of the team
  • direct Line Management to Communications, Membership and Admin Leads
  • deputising for the Director as appropriate
  • organisational performance, policy and development
  • developing and monitoring budgets
  • support strategic development, operational plan and priorities
  • representation and advocacy - promoting and profiling the voice of the sector, undertaking a representative role in a variety of multi-agency meetings, workshops and conferences
  • liaison with colleagues across the health and care partnership in sector forums, city-wide meetings and strategic planning. Particularly with operational, communications and administrative forums

Contract type

  • regular reporting to the board and commissioners
  • contract management and sub contracting oversight
  • development of annual plans
  • quality Control and monitoring effectiveness to achieve desired outcomes
  • support development of the business plan related to the Forum Central and other volition contracts as required
  • leading on Communications, membership and administrative functions within the organisation
  • policy & Practice Development - both internally and externally influencing service redesign and commissioning across the integrated care partnership
