Responsibility
- assist in developing event concepts, themes, and strategies to attract the target audience
- coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, equipment rental, catering, and vendor coordination
- ensure events run smoothly and resolve any on-site issues as they arise
- create and manage promotional materials such as flyers, posters, and digital content
- utilise social media platforms and online advertising to drive attendance and engagement
- monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvements
- delegate tasks and ensure team members are well-prepared for their roles during events
- foster a positive and collaborative team environment
