Requirements

  • 5-years experience in an IT support role
  • having worked for an MSP before would be an advantage
  • proven experience in a 2nd line IT support role
  • experience with Windows operating systems, networks, and firewalls
  • working knowledge of an RMM
  • microsoft Certifications essential, other IT certifications desirable
  • strong communication and customer service skills
  • automation skills
