  • vizst Technology are looking for a dynamic and motivated Senior Delivery Manager to join our fast-paced and growing organisation
  • work to understand our key customer’s systems and processes and ensure completeness of client documentation at the point of client onboarding
  • work with the service teams, ensuring client KPIs are met or exceeded
  • be a named customer escalation person for all things service related

  • determine ways to reduce costs without sacrificing customer satisfaction
  • be aware of service delivery in line with contractual entitlement, seek support to close/align gaps
