Responsibility
to support, develop and activate your area of customers across all channels
to sell existing range, new launches and campaigns to our customers in the retail, convenience & hospitality sector
to create efficient and effective plans with commercial and brand guidance
to build relationships with existing key routes to market and wholesale partners to ensure customers and consumer needs are met
to develop relationships with key retail decision makers
open new distribution opportunities and convert these into brand stockists
maximising brand awareness and communicating new product opportunities, using sales data to drive new store listings
ensure client’s promotional activity is implemented and that products are on display in the correct location following agreed planograms
Requirements
we are looking for candidates with some level of experience in a commercial setting or an obvious aptitude to learn
excellent communication skills
work effectively under own initiative
passionate about finding new creative sales solutions together with your customers and you believe in establishing long-term relationships
has the ability to highlight and follow through with challenges and opportunities alike
the capability to be hands on and shows potential for future roles

extending the depth & breadth of our product ranges throughout customers including the launch of NPD
building promotional programmes that maximise ROI with specific mechanics to deliver against objectives
building unrivalled relationships with key customer contacts to implement plans
winning assigned new customers for the business
ensuring investment is relative to scale or strategic importance
devising & delivering exceptional business plans with key customers that deliver significant incremental volume, revenue & profit growth for the wholesale channel
collect and analyse sales data/trends. Nielsen etc
Requirements
we are looking for candidates with proven experience as a National Account Manager
A huge passion for selling, whilst being comfortable presenting, negotiating & influencing at all levels
demonstrable experience in negotiating and meeting client requirements
excellent communication skills & the ability to work collaboratively with others across the business
