accounts clerk
Responsibility
- daily posting & allocation of all incoming cash to the ledger
- processing & batching Cheques and taking to the Bank
- chasing customers via phone/email for any missing Remittances to ensure all cash is allocated correctly and in full
- run Direct Debit files daily to ensure collection of money from the customers and send remittances
- raising Invoices/Credit Notes as requested and sending to customers/uploading to portals
- updating price books when required
- answer phones & taking card payments from customers as required
- some ad hoc Credit Control which would mean chasing customers for payments as and when required to cover holidays/sickness/busy periods
Requirements
- accounts Receivable: 3 years
