Responsibility

  • vita Modular Ltd is a dynamic small to medium company manufacturing and installing high-quality modular garden rooms, annexe's and extensions for the domestic market
  • assist with preparing and issuing estimates
  • assist with preparing and issuing quotations, terms & conditions and other order documents
  • prepare, issue and monitor client invoicing / accounts
  • produce / update project material lists & trackers
  • assist with material procurement / arranging material deliveries with suppliers
  • assist with obtaining client feedback / testimonials etc. - site visits required
  • assist with preparing & issuing handover / completion / aftercare documents

Requirements

  • high IT literacy
  • finance experience preferred
  • very good verbal and written communication skills
  • accounting software experience preferred
  • construction / general building knowledge preferred
  • ability to work independently / without micro-management
  • can manage their own workload
  • can work from the Coventry office or remotely as required - the role will be flexible
