Vita Modular Ltd is a dynamic small to medium company manufacturing and installing high-quality modular garden rooms, annexe's and extensions for the domestic market.General tasks:Financial control / recording of all business costs into excel and/or accounting software.Assist with preparing and issuing estimatesAssist with preparing and issuing quotations, terms & conditions and other order documentsPrepare, issue and monitor client invoicing / accountsProduce / update project material lists & trackersAssist with material procurement / arranging material deliveries with suppliersAssist with obtaining client feedback / testimonials etc. - site visits required.Assist with preparing & issuing handover / completion / aftercare documentsManage client aftercare process / queriesAssist with other general business admin activities as requiredExperience Required / Preferred:Finance experience preferred.Accounting software experience preferred.Construction / general building knowledge preferredSkillsets Required:High IT literacyVery good verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently / without micro-managementCan manage their own workloadCan work from the Coventry office or remotely as required - the role will be flexibleHas full UK drivers licenseHappy carrying out a varied range of activities in this very broad job roleMotivated to learn and take on new challengesHardworking individualHappy to travel to projects as requiredVery well organisedGood punctuality and time-keepingCan set their own and keep to deadlinesGood team playerPresents themselves wellCan pick up urgent matters out of hours if requiredIdeally lives in the West Midlands in case they need to attend our office in Coventry for meetingsJob Types: Freelance, Part-t
