overall, you will be responsible for your clients' happiness, online growth and their relationship with Visualsoft
as a Digital Account Manager, you will manage multiple client relationships and will be the dedicated point of contact for clients within your portfolio
we are looking for an experienced Digital Account Manager to join our growing Client Success team
you will liaise with our service delivery departments across the business to ensure client queries are dealt with promptly, reliably and professionally
with your clients' growth ambitions at the centre of everything you do, you will be responsible for providing advice and guidance for platform or online marketing related queries, and acting as the first point of contact for clients who require information relating to additional Visualsoft products and services
as a Digital Account Manager, your ultimate goal is to help your portfolio of retailers grow their businesses online by aligning their needs with Visualsoft products and services
working proactively with your Client Services Director, you will identify opportunities using a strategic approach to propose additional services to secure further business with existing clients
contribute to NPS by delivering excellent customer service at all times

proactively undertake website and marketing performance reviews for your portfolio
compile proposals for your clients based on discovery and insight to recommend additional products/marketing services/platform features
attend client meetings when required for clients who are interested in additional products and/or services
manage client expectations in a professional manner, ensuring effective communication is consistent along the way
take responsibility for the quality assurance of all services delivered to your clients
