Responsibility
- engage with clients through effective communication methods, including proactive phone calls and emails
- follow up on quotations and provide product information and support to customers
- collaborate with the BD team, managing diaries and coordinating activities
- profile new and existing customers to identify opportunities for business growth
- take ownership of your tasks in the absence of the BD team or Commercial Director
- maintain the customer database and provide regular reports on sales activities
- meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators to drive success
- work closely with internal departments such as Customer Service, Logistics, Finance, and Marketing
Requirements
- positive and engaging personality, with a passion for sales
- strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and internal teams
- self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working independently
- willingness to learn and keep up-to-date with emerging Audio-Visual technologies
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- proficient in using CRM systems and PC applications
- ideally, hold 2-3 A Levels at grade C or above
- A clean driving license would be advantageous
