Responsibility

  • produce schemes/sketches and 3D images at early design stages with knowledge of what is achievable on the site
  • liaise with the Quantity Surveyor and Project Managers on materials take offs
  • prepare planning applications ensuring all requirements are met with the client and Local Authority
  • submit and track planning applications and discuss matters with the Local Authority keeping the team and client updated
  • prepare working drawings including bathroom designs
  • produce 3D designs through SketchUp
  • prepare specification documents in line with the drawings
  • visit site regularly to liaise with the subcontractors to solve any issues or queries

Requirements

  • architecture: 3 years
