- general abdominal, Gynecological, pelvic, small parts, Lumps and bumps, vascular and MSK ultrasound scanning
- originally VisitHealth has been focusing on providing nurse-led community-based services. We are now proud to have grown into a company to be adding doctor-led services, telemedicine and remote consultations
- to autonomously produce written report of the above examinations
- ensuring clear images for diagnostic purposes and making adjustments to ultrasound equipment when necessary
- maintaining and cleaning ultrasound equipment
Requirements
- diploma of The College of Radiographers/BSc in Diagnostic Radiography /PgDip in Medical Ultrasound/ PgC Medical Ultrasound CASE accredited or equivalent
- registered with the HCPC
- strong technical, communication, interpersonal and patient service skills
- counselling skills and the ability to listen actively to patients in a non-judgmental manner
- the ability to deal with criticism and work well under severe pressure
- strong attention to detail
- patience and a calm demeanor in stressful situations
- familiarity with computers and commonly used software packages
