- monitoring the Accounts inbox and distributing as required
- loading Paperless – All Entities
- reconciliation of Petty Cash
- manage the employee’s expenses using our WebExpenses software
- we are the inventors of Surface Guided Radiation Therapy , a technology that uses 3D cameras to make radiation therapy safer, more accurate and more comfortable for patients
- creating / Updating users in WebExpenses including updating approvers
Requirements
- 2 years’ experience working in Accounts using software systems
- experience using Sage 200
- high attention to detail
- understanding of double entry book-keeping
- good organizational skills with ability to prioritize
- experience of using an ERP system
- able to work to strict deadlines
- experience using Paperless
