Requirements
- A background in graphic design , preferably in marketing, real estate, or related Industries
- demonstrated ability to produce high-quality graphic content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, internal documents, and marketing campaigns
- experience in creating content specifically for social media platforms, with an understanding of platform-specific design trends and best practices
- basic video editing skills, including transitions and compilations, to support multimedia marketing efforts
- photo editing skills for real estate staging and enhancing visual assets for marketing campaigns
- basic copywriting skills are a bonus but not mandatory
- understanding of design principles such as layout, typography, and branding consistency
- A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
