VISION PROPERTIES is looking for employees for positions:
- vision Properties have an opening for Assistant Lettings Manager within a young and expanding company
- assist with lettings enquiries, booking & conducting viewings with prospective tenants
- an ARLA Level 3 qualification would be beneficial but not essential
- discuss offers with landlord/manager and negotiate with tenants where necessary
- oversee the check in & check out process
- conduct regular property inspections
- the number of properties that they have responsibility for will increase as new instructions are bought in to the company
- to ensure tenancies are renewed as often as possible to aid with landlord security and income generation for the business
- access to own vehicle
- lettings Management: 2 years
- proven experience as a Brick Mason or similar role
- proficient in masonry techniques including bricklaying, blocklaying, and stone masonry
- familiarity with different types of bricks, blocks, and construction materials
- ability to read and interpret blueprints or construction plans
- strong knowledge of safety procedures and practices in the construction industry
- experience operating power tools such as saws and drills
- basic carpentry skills for framing or finishing tasks is a plus
- welding experience is a plus
