- vision Properties have an opening for Assistant Lettings Manager within a young and expanding company
- assist with lettings enquiries, booking & conducting viewings with prospective tenants
- an ARLA Level 3 qualification would be beneficial but not essential
- discuss offers with landlord/manager and negotiate with tenants where necessary
- oversee the check in & check out process
- conduct regular property inspections
- the number of properties that they have responsibility for will increase as new instructions are bought in to the company
- to ensure tenancies are renewed as often as possible to aid with landlord security and income generation for the business
