Responsibility
- develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand's goals and objectives
- create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- monitor and manage social media accounts, including community management, customer service, and crisis management
- analyze and report on social media performance, using metrics to optimize content, targeting, and ad spend
- collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, marketing, and product teams, to ensure brand consistency and message alignment
- stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and algorithm updates, and apply them to our social media strategy
- manage social media advertising campaigns, including targeting, ad creation, and performance tracking
- engage with social media influencers and brand advocates to increase brand reach and awareness
Education
- bachelor's
Requirements
- bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field
- proven track record of creating and executing successful social media campaigns across various platforms
- excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and creativity
- strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- passion for social media and a deep understanding of the latest social media trends and algorithm updates
