Responsibility
- proactively source candidates using databases, LinkedIn, social media etc
- develop innovative solutions for identifying new sources of quality candidates
- identification and recruitment for Professional and Engineering positions within VHR’s live clients
- arrangement of interviews and closing of contract and permanent positions
- effectively grow existing accounts/business strategically
- logistical control of candidates for projects
- successfully resolve issues relating to contracts, grievances or conflict
- assisting with the full and compliant raising of contract and permanent placements and ensuring compliance to relevant legislation and VHR policies and procedures
