- we are a small Family run Company providing support for Vulnerable Adults, young people and children
- our Service Users have a range of needs and disabilities such as Autism, Learning Disabilities, Dementia, Chronic Health conditions, Mental Health, Drug and Alcohol dependencies
- we are looking for motivated Health and Social Care Practitioners to join our team supporting Vulnerable Adults within their home and the community on a 1 to 1 basis
- main Duties include : Prompting with some Personal Care and Dressing, Meal Preparation, Supporting with social activities and exercise, Record Keeping, Encouraging and promoting self help skills, Building and maintaining current skills
