Responsibility

  • to ensure that daily and weekly plans are determined and issued in a timely manner
  • responsible for generating daily / weekly labour plans that optimise efficiency, minimise cost and satisfy customer demands, making sure all plans are agreed with shift managers
  • agreeing, reviewing, and reporting regularly against key performance indicators
  • ensuring factory part finished stock is in line with targets and any residual stock which is suitable for sale is highlighted
  • operate as an effective member of the supply chain team to help one another push the boundaries of business performance
  • compliance with and promotion of all employment, health and safety, data protection, food safety and quality as well as customer and trade standards
