Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- conduct soot removal and mould remediation to building structures using commercial cleaning methods whilst adhering to health and safety guidelines
- completing paperwork, reports, photos and videos as required for the job at hand
- packing hard content items in a way that is appropriate and won't be damaged when being transported
- attend regular training courses as required
- clean down to all work areas at the end of the shift
- cleaning of contents located within the property. This can be completed on site or can require being inventoried and packed for cleaning at an off-site location
- inventory and validation of soft content and textile items that have been returned to our processing facility from our client’s property's
- liaise with customers - sometimes in a distressed state - insurance representatives, sub-contractors and other parties involved in the claim professionally, maintaining high standards and open dialogue
