- assist the sales team by preparing quotations, including creating conceptual CAD drawings and layouts
Requirements
- hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent in an engineering or related field
- possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering and mechanical design for special purpose machinery and automation
- communicate with clients and suppliers as needed
- understand and maintain accurate bills of materials in the procurement system
- proficiency in using 3D CAD software, preferably Solidworks
- prioritize safety, cleanliness, and responsibility in all work settings
- design various aspects of capital machinery assemblies and sub-assemblies for the food industry in compliance with company standards and current regulations
- perform design calculations as needed
