Responsibility
- hold and maintain a personal Licence under the Licencing Act 2003
- encourage and promote a high standard of customer care ensuring customers are served in a polite, welcoming, and courteous manner
- assume responsibility for First Aid, Fire Safety, and Food Hygiene
- review and develop operational processes to improve commercial performance and maximise opportunities to generate revenue
- effectively manage the cafe / bar including set up, close-down, cleaning, maintenance, managing daily operations, customer service, financial processing, and stock control
- manage bookings and reservations
- lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver high quality customer focused services. This will include recruiting, training, developing and managing performance
- managing music/ entertainment bookings utilising your planning, organizational and creative skills to support and deliver events
