Responsibility
- duties would include food preparation plus the making and baking in the starters and dessert section of the kitchen
- should know how to prepare/mix the dough recipe to cook naan bread
- managing & ordering deliveries of the tandoori dishes and bread mixings according to the requirement
- prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- the ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team and the desire to learn and develop
- follow recipes and presentation specifications
- working with the whole team to deliver great service for our customers and taking absolute pride in the presentation and quality of food from the kitchen. Ensuring the customer always receives an exceptional standard of food
- support the Head Chef with the day to day running of the catering facilities, stock rotation, ordering, food preparation, washing up, cleaning kitchen, dining halls and service areas when required, and always ensuring a high level of hygiene standards
