  • develop and implement new operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
  • analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • provide support to other departments as needed
  • manage the day-to-day customer focussed operations of the business
  • act as a backup for the Operations team assisting in everything from job entry into our TMS system to problem solving with excellence in customer satisfation in mind

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent
