Requirements
- experience of analysing device and peripherals problems and resolving these
- diagnostic testing and component replacements
- experience of device assemblies
- experience of updating system software and installing anti-virus software
- windows 7 – 11 knowledge
- some Windows Server knowledge would be beneficial
- A strong customer service focus and good communication skills are needed to provide high quality support to our clients over the phone, by email and through our ticketing system
- technical support: 1 year
Responsibility
- perform routine maintenance tasks on systems, including cleaning hardware, checking for viruses and managing software updates
- add ticket notes and carry out administration including billing for work that is chargeable
- ensure that client and other requirements are met, and that faults, builds and repairs are completed within service level agreements
- escalate issues/faults to the Head of Operations, Project Manager or Technical Leads where necessary
