Responsibility
liaising with external office suppliers to ensure all equipment and systems are in place for the team to be successful
co-ordinate and support the activities of the sales team, through efficient administration and communication with the team, suppliers, existing Franchise Partners and potential Partners
ensure the business is up to date in keeping ahead of industry changes and legislation updates
provide high-quality support to the Platinum head office team and the Board by managing the Head Office facilities and acting as a focal point of contact, ensuring all equipment and systems are functioning
make recommendations for new suppliers and connections that would be helpful for the Partner network
being the superuser of key software within the business, providing support and training to all team members
responsible for booking face-to-face and virtual meetings, answering telephone calls and email queries within a timely manner, and providing value to sales and mentor catch-up calls
ensuring all administration and reporting is recorded, updated and tracked in line with the business reporting requirements, such as board reports, sales reports and marketing plans
