Responsibility

  • we are looking for a Second Chef/ Chef de Partie, to join our AA Rosette award winning kitchen team
  • we provide a warm, friendly, and supportive working environment
  • additionally, the Second Chef will be responsible for covering the Head Chef duties when necessary
  • maintain the highest standards of food production, presentation, and hygiene at all times
  • the Second Chef will work closely with our Head Chef to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen and consistently deliver top-quality dishes to our guests
  • uphold cleaning protocols to ensure a clean and organised kitchen environment

Requirements

  • proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating a strong culinary background
  • chef: 1 year
  • cooking: 1 year
