- achieve sales and service targets at all times
- engage with customers from the initial enquiry through to the delivery of the product
- provide an outstanding 1to1 service to customers
- design kitchens for customers
- provide guidance and advice on the latest products and designs
- utilise other products in store to increase sales
- offer a consultative service to customers
Requirements
- excellent customer service skills
- very good knowledge and understanding of Winner Compusoft software
- previous experience working in a similar role
